Eventing

Northside offers a superb training ground for all levels of eventers starting at Newcomers. In 2008, Over the Top Equipment sponsored a new Apex to add to the already exciting and varied course.

The eventing phase will run Hunter Trials Competitions throughout the year, as well as Combined Competitions (dressage and showjumping) for those needing more practice. All are welcome to join these competitions (including non-eventers). Keep the hunting attire in the dry-cleaning bags because neither of these days requires dressing up.

For those new to the sport of eventing or who simply need more jump practice the eventing phase will be providing many training days this year which comprise of clinics in the morning followed by a ride around the course in the afternoon. Training days are held at the Princess Anne arena, St. Ives, and official ODE venues around the Sydney metropolitan area including; SIEC (Horsley Park), Hidden Valley, Kellyville and Camden.

Experienced eventers and NCAS coaches such as Sam Lyle, Tarsha Hammond, Chris Burton and Hamish Cargill conduct the clinics targeted at all levels..
